GenoCraft Consulting was founded by a molecular diagnostics experts with more than a decade of hands-on experience spanning clinical laboratories, academic medical centers, and high-complexity genomics programs. We offer boutique consulting that combines deep technical knowledge with real-world operational expertise.

Khaled Gamal, MD

Founder & Principal Consultant

Dr. Khaled Gamal, MD, SMB(ASCP), is a molecular and precision medicine specialist whose career has been defined by a single conviction: that molecular biomarker-based medicine will fundamentally reshape the future of healthcare. He has devoted over a decade to turning that conviction into practice — building, leading, and advancing molecular diagnostics programs across high-complexity clinical laboratories.

Dr. Gamal has established and managed molecular pathology departments at multiple clinical and oncology diagnostics organizations, with expertise spanning NGS workflow design, PCR assay validation, CAP/CLIA compliance, and companion diagnostics. He founded GenoCraft Consulting to bring that practical, implementation-focused expertise directly to laboratories navigating the evolving molecular diagnostics landscape.
